The creation and generation of reports using the HuntSmart big game hunting software is simple and easy to use. This flexible reporting tool gives you the ability to create as many reports as necessary for your specific needs. All reports that are created and saved by you are available for generation. Just select the report and click the run report icon.

The HuntSmart big game hunting software reporting tool has three different methods for report creation. Each method is fully customizable by you and will be described below.

This method allows you to select a single item in order to create a report with you having the ability to select the data fields to display, to sort by, or to filter by on the report. The available items are listed below.

Method: (Harvest Group By)
This method gives you the ability to create a harvest report which will group by and produce a total for the data fields you select. You also can sort and filter by all available fields. The available data fields are listed below.
Data Field Description
Location Location of harvest such as "Caney Creek WMA"
Species Area A specific area with in the location such as "Road 24B"
Coordinates Latitude/Longitude coordinates of harvest
Harvest Date Date of harvest
Harvest Month Month of harvest
Harvest Year Year of harvest
Harvest Method Method used for harvest such as "Bow"
Species The species of the animal harvested such as "White Tailed Deer"
Gender The gender of the animal harvested such as "Buck"
Moon Phase The moon phase at the time of harvest

This method gives you the ability to create a report that will include related items by utilizing the common data fields listed below. You select the data fields to display, to sort by, or the criteria to filter by on the report.

Location Location for the referenced item such as "Caney Creek WMA"
Species Area A specific area with in the location such as "Road 24B"
