The HuntSmart big game hunting software's “Address Book” item is used to collection information about the people with whom you will be hunting or with whom you are associated with as a part of the hunting process. One of the basic components of the address book is entering a person into it. To add a person into the address book, first click on the (Address Book) “ADD”
icon as seen in figure 1.

Next, you may proceed to enter the first and last name of this person. When you are finished entering their name, you have two options. First, You can choose to save your record. Once you save your record, you can choose to preview it. When you are finished saving your record, you may close it. If you wish to disregard the record, click close without saving it. This is shown in figure 2.

Now, you can enter the person's address by clicking on the (Address) “ADD”
icon as shown below in figure 3.

After doing this, you can enter "his" or "the person's" address as shown in figure 4. As in previous steps, you can choose to save or close and exit the record. There are other options in the address book that may be used including: entering an email address, photographs, and notes about the person. All these options work in the same way as the above.

The "Address Book" item includes sub-items to collect additional information. You can create as many records as necessary to collect your information.
