Introduction
Most successful hunters collect information year after year in order to better understand their game's use of the environment. However, the organization, retrieval, and analysis of this information in most circumstances is diffcult and time consuming.

We at HuntingSouth have created a program that will allow you to better utilize your time in the field and at home in order to increase your chances of success.

HuntingSouth, LLC is proud to annouce the release of HuntSmart™, the most advanced big game hunting software currently available.

HuntSmart™ big game hunting software gives you the ability to log all your hunting related activities for analysis, reporting, and map visualization. HuntSmart™ will help to decrease the guess work involved in selecting hunting sites throughout the season which will increase your odds of getting that big buck.

Installing HuntSmart™
In order to install HuntSmart, you must run the setup program. The setup program will install the program and data files on your computer. If you do not have the setup program, you can download it from HuntingSouth.com.

The setup program installs a full version of the software. However, until you purchase an activation license, you will be running in trial mode. Trial mode will only allow you to run the software thirty(30) times before requiring you to purchase.

Starting HuntSmart™
The HuntSmart program shortcuts are located in the "program files\HuntingSouth\HuntSmart" folder. You can access this folder by clicking on the Windows "Start" button, and then on the menu option of "All Programs" then "HuntingSouth" then "HuntSmart".

Software Activation
Software activation can be accomplished by following the steps outlined here.

Uninstalling HuntSmart™
In order to uninstall HuntSmart, you must run the uninstall program. This program can be accessed from the Window's control panel option "Add/Remove Programs" or the HuntingSouth program folder. After the uninstall program has completed, all program files and directories will be deleted with the exception of the database files and maps.
