The HuntSmart big game hunting software's "Other" item is used to collect information about anything else that is not cover using the existing available items. For example, you may wish to create other type of items that can also be visible on your available maps such as your camp site, cabin, home, and land marks. Also, the field “Map Label” is used by you to describe a label that will be visible when displayed on available maps. If a map exists that contains the coordinates you have entered, the record will be viewable on the map.

In order to create an "Other" record, you must load the item into the working area and then click the “Add” icon, which will display a blank data entry screen as shown in Figure 1. After you have completed the entry of information, click on the “Save” button, which will create and save the new record. If you have an existing record that you wish to edit, you must locate the record in the grid and click on the “Edit” icon. This action will display the selected record’s information in the entry screen shown in Figure 1.

The "Other" item includes sub-items to collect additional information about your findings. You can create as many records as necessary to collect your information.
