The HuntSmart big game hunting software's “Photograph” item is used to collect photographs of wild game, friends, property, etc that you wish to reference in other areas of the software or just to collect and manage. For example, you may wish to add a photograph of a wild game animal you have harvested, you can 1) associate the photograph to a harvest record by adding it as a sub-item of the “Harvest” record, or 2) add the photograph through the “Photograph” item. You can create as many “Photograph” records as necessary in order to collect your information.
In order to create a "Photograph" record, click the “Photograph” item’s “Add”
icon, which will display a file selection screen as shown in Figure 1.

Once you have located and selected the image you wish to add and clicked the “OPEN” button, the “Photograph” item entry screen will be displayed as shown in Figure 2. However, if you have an existing “Photograph” record that you wish to edit, you must locate the record in the grid and click on the “Photograph” item’s “Edit”
icon. This action will also display the selected record’s information in the entry screen shown in Figure 2.

You also have the option to print the image displayed by clicking on the “Print Photo” button which will display the print dialog as shown in Figure 3.

The "Photograph" item has the “Notes” sub-item available for you to collect additional information about your photographs with your having the ability to add as many records as necessary.
